HC rejects Raj Kundra’s release application

Raj Kundra’s application seeking immediate release in connection to his arrest in the alleged pornography case, has been dismissed by the Bombay High Court. ANI had reported that Shilpa Shetty's Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe's applications challenging magistrate court's remand order and seeking immediate release have been turned down. Besides this, the order in his anticipatory bail application has also been delayed.
